I want a fast service, no bs, no ads, and cheap. :) Does it exist?

I want to offer this video from my site. It is hosted on Internet Archive, but the streaming quality isn't good enough.

How does IPFS plays out here? I could just upload the video to my Site, but only if we add a delete/caching video soon for videos and audio. Otherwise, It will be very heavy to users!
